We do not offer direct exchanges. Every COLDFRAME piece is made to order, so the fastest way to receive a different size or style is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order — your new piece will go into production right away.
Refunds
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for international orders due to a change of mind.
However, should you encounter any issues, please contact us by email(help_jp@coldframeofficial.com) within 7 days of receiving your jewelry in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- You have received an incorrect item due to our oversight.
- There are exceptional circumstances where a refund may be deemed necessary.
For product defects, in accordance with the Japanese Civil Code, please contact us within one year of becoming aware of the defect. We will cover the shipping costs and provide a replacement or a refund.
