Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Every COLDFRAME piece is made to order, so the fastest way to receive a different size or style is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order — your new piece will go into production right away.

14-Day Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the full product price (prices include import duties and consumption tax).

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with the COLDFRAME limestone case and polishing cloth included. The value of missing or damaged components may be deducted from your refund.
• Engraved or otherwise personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• To start a return, email help_jp@coldframeofficial.com with your order number. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Please use a shipping method with tracking — we are unable to issue refunds for returns lost in transit.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the item arrives damaged, if you receive an incorrect item due to our oversight, or in other exceptional circumstances where a refund may be deemed necessary, please contact us by email (help_jp@coldframeofficial.com) within 7 days of receiving your jewelry. For product defects, in accordance with the Japanese Civil Code, please contact us within one year of becoming aware of the defect. In either case, we will cover the shipping costs and provide a replacement or a refund.
