We do not offer direct exchanges. Every COLDFRAME piece is made to order, so the fastest way to receive a different size or style is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order — your new piece will go into production right away.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for international orders due to a change of mind.
However, should you encounter any issues, please contact us by email(help_jp@coldframeofficial.com) within 7 days of receiving your jewelry in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective.
  
• You have received an incorrect item due to our oversight.
  
• There are exceptional circumstances where a refund may be deemed necessary.
  

• All COLDFRAME jewelry is made to order.
  Please allow up to 14 business days after payment for production and preparation for shipment.

• If you cancel your order after shipment has begun but before final delivery, shipping fees may be charged due to logistics costs incurred.
