Reward points redemption

All purchases made on the COLDFRAME online store earn 5% of the purchase amount as reward points, which can be used from your next order.

1. Log in to your account
After logging in (Mobile: bottom-left menu / PC: top-right corner), click View My Wallet to check your available balance.

2. Copy the reward code
Copy the code shown in your wallet.

3. Apply the code at checkout
During checkout, paste the copied code into the Gift Card field under the [Gift Card] section and apply it.




4. Complete your payment
Once the reward points are applied as a gift card, review the discounted total and proceed with payment.
